Strategic Envisioning Sessions

Sometimes my sessions are more strategic, especially when working with C-level executives in strategic design workshops. ENVISION sessions, often referred to as Summits, are perfect for this. A little isolation—away from the distractions of cell phones and computers—can be incredibly productive. I also bring in professional illustrators to visualize ideas, helping us literally "paint a picture" of the current and future states, highlighting the "good, bad, and ugly." This approach fosters deeper insights and drives meaningful discussions around strategic direction.
