Facilitating Workshops

My human-centered design thinking workshops are engaging and dynamic. I teach these workshops in corporations and as part of Customer Experience and Human-Design programs at over 30 universities across the U.S. Participants gain a strong foundation in human- and user-centered design, applying it to real-world challenges. Together, we conduct empathy-driven research, identify core problems, brainstorm innovative solutions, prototype, test ideas, and often go on to implement meaningful change together. In a recent workshop for the Mass Transit organization of King County, Seattle, we explored innovative ways to increase public transportation use by visitors.
