Working with AI

In addition to traditional research methods, I’ve been increasingly working with predictive language models and AI to enhance research and accelerate data analysis. For example, with two CustomGPTs I created, I use AI as "thought partners" to test ideas and model potential solutions. I'm also collaborating with partners like Microsoft to explore how Microsoft Azure and Copilot can drive better CRM adoption and improve Customer Experience through more effective conversation orchestration. When appropriate, I incorporate AI into my engagements to deliver deeper insights and faster results.
